Visiting my home stay family in Japan, stayed at this hotel and totally enjoyed myself. Bathhouse, tea in rooms, tatami mats and traditional Japanese style breakfast. Not easy to find unless you know where your going or have a good GPS, …
The location is very convenience but the parking area is little bit hard to find by GPS when you drive the 7-seat car. We live the new building Japanese-Western room, room so comfort but the housing keeping is not clean. The hot-spring has …
It is a very local hot spring hotel. I like the fact that it is reasonably priced and is closed to spa land, which is around 15 mins drive time. Furthermore , the food was great and the staffs are helpful.
Would recommend to traveller with limited budget and want to get a taste of local livings.
Today first time I came here , I'm not familiar with it so I don't know much about it. but i felt so good and enjoyed hot springs. It is clean hot springs.
I hope next visit will be more interesting.
AMAZING. Great service, amazing staff, wonderful facilities. It's just a bit difficult to get to with public transportation so def call a taxi when you get off at the closest train station.
I visited you on a family trip.
When I arrived in the evening, the parking lot was full. I would like to have separate parking lots for overnight guests and day visitors.
The room was supposed to be without a bath, but maybe because I had a child, I got a room with a bath.
We had our meals at a restaurant used by day-trippers. I take a bath in the same hot spring as day trippers, but day trip baths are allowed until 9:30 pm, so I can't relax. I wish they would shorten the time for day trip bathing a little more.
The rooms are average, and smokers have to go out on the balcony to smoke, but non-smokers would like to have separate rooms.
What bothers me is the sound of the toilet upstairs flushing. It really resonates.
Breakfast was buffet style and delicious, but the table was so small that it was barely enough to accommodate two trays.
The price is low and the location is good as it is close to Naga Spa and Nabana no Sato.
You were very helpful the other day.
All the employees were very kind and made me feel very comfortable.
The room we used was separate and small, but since it was just the two of us, it was the perfect size. It was beautiful and felt clean.
Each item of the meal was carefully arranged, making it a feast for the eyes, and every item was delicious. It was so much that I couldn't finish it.
I left something at the hotel, and even though I contacted them late at night, they responded quickly. Thank you very much for that section. I am grateful to God for his response.
I will use you again if I have a chance.
I don't want to use it again!
I don't want to give even one star.
It was just an additional accommodation facility to the public bath, and I didn't feel any hospitality at all as a ryokan.
We do not recommend staying overnight.
The room seems to have been renovated and made nice, but the slippers were shared and I felt indescribable.
The entrance felt small as it was the same as the public bath.
Open until 9:30 pm for public bath users, and until 11:00 pm for hotel guests. I feel like I'm forced to soak in the remaining water in a bath that isn't that big. There was no feeling of relaxing at all.
The water felt hot.
The evening meal was fresh, luxurious, and plentiful, with abalone and shrimp, but every time the food was served, I was asked the same question, "Can I bring the next dish?" and I was rushed. It seemed like it.
Moreover, the first drink service was slow.
Perhaps there are only young part-time employees, or perhaps they are not well-trained, but there is no cooperation between employees at all.
It had been a long time since I had gotten together with my family, so I decided to take it easy on this trip, but I felt bad because of the staff who couldn't serve customers.
And cash-only payment methods are also outdated.
